At the core of findIQ is an intelligent AI model that supports structured troubleshooting and the execution of recurring routines. The goal is to minimize downtime – even when no experienced specialists are available on site.

To achieve this, the AI captures expert knowledge from practice, structures it, and makes it instantly usable in the field. The knowledge base can be continuously expanded and improves with every use.

How to Navigate Through the Sections in the Application

Using the dropdown menu in the top left corner, you can switch at any time between the Knowledge Hub, the Service Guide, and the Insights Panel.

Field Echo is not a separate section within the application. Its functions are distributed across different areas. You can find detailed information on this in the respective chapters.

The visibility of the sections depends on your user role.

  • Operator: You have access to the Service Guide.

  • Editor: In addition, you gain access to the Knowledge Hub.

  • Administrator: You also get access to the Insights Panel.”
