Update Causes Batch

Update many causes in one request. Batch of the single update-cause endpoint.

/api/records/{company_name}/templates/{template_id}/diagnostics/causes/batch

Each entry names a uid plus the same partial object body the single endpoint takes, so omitted fields keep their stored value. All-or-nothing: an unknown uid or an invalid field rejects the whole batch and writes nothing.
