Update Likelihoods Batch

Set many cause-symptom likelihoods in one request. Batch of the single likelihood endpoint.

PUT
/api/records/{company_name}/templates/{template_id}/diagnostics/likelihoods/batch

Each entry names a cause_uid, a symptom_uid and the new likelihood; the cell's gradient is reset like in the single endpoint. All-or-nothing: an unknown uid or a duplicate pair rejects the whole batch and writes nothing.
