GDPR
findIQ provides a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) together with the technical and organisational measures (TOMs). The DPA also lists all sub-processors and their processing purposes. We inform you in advance about new or changed sub-processors, and you have a right to object. Please send requests for the current version and other data protection questions to dataprivacy@findiq.com.
ISO 27001
findIQ is currently in the ISO 27001 certification process. Our information security management system (ISMS) is already in operation and reviewed regularly by management.
LocateRisk
findIQ's externally reachable systems are regularly assessed by an external IT security firm, LocateRisk GmbH.
Hosting provider
Our hosting provider Hetzner is ISO 27001 certified and additionally audited by TÜV Rheinland. More on hosting: Hosting and backups.
