Article goal: After reading this article, you will know what the Quinn beta covers, what applies during the beta phase, which use cases are being prepared, and how to give feedback.
Relevant for the Editor and Administrator roles. Quinn is currently in beta.
Schedule
Now: Activation for interested customers.
Mid-September: Active feedback round.
End of September: Beta ends, further information will follow.
What applies during the beta
Free of charge. Quinn is free during the beta. Pricing information will follow towards the end of the beta. If you connect your own AI system via the MCP server, the costs of your chosen provider apply in addition.
Activated per company. Your findIQ contact can enable or disable Quinn for your organisation at any time. Once enabled, Quinn is linked directly from within the findIQ app.
Scope grows. Quinn is currently optimised for processing documents and transferring them into the findIQ method. Further use cases are planned.
Known limitations
Uploads of large files are currently technically limited.
Templates and machines cannot be deleted through an AI system — this restriction is deliberate and stays in place after the beta.
What we are tackling next
The points below show the direction Quinn is being developed in — as examples, not as a roadmap. The list is not complete, no dates are attached, and what comes first depends in part on feedback from the beta.
Create routines from videos — turning knowledge from video recordings directly into routines.
Expert interview — recording expert knowledge by voice, including from audio files.
Optimise heatmaps and data quality — simulation and a heatmap quality check from within Quinn.
Evaluate the logbook — summarising and analysing the most recent entries.
Which of these would help you most? Suggestions of your own are welcome.
Giving feedback
Feedback from the beta directly shapes what we build next. Reach out to your findIQ Customer Success contact or use the feedback option in the app.
