Install findIQ as an App

With findIQ installed as an app, you get quick access from your home screen or start menu, running in its own clean window without the browser.

You can easily install findIQ on your smartphone or computer so it behaves like a regular app.

It will open in its own window, without the browser, and can be launched directly from your home screen or start menu.

Mobile Installation

  1. Open the findIQ website in Safari.

  2. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom.

  3. Select “Add to Home Screen.”

  4. Tap Add to confirm.

→ The app will now appear on your home screen like any other app.

  1. Open the findIQ website in Chrome or Edge.

  2. Tap the Menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.”

  4. Confirm with Install.

→ The app will appear in your app drawer and on your home screen.

Desktop Installation

  1. Open the findIQ website in Chrome.

  2. In the address bar, click the Install icon (🖥️ with arrow).

  3. Click Install.

→ The app will run in its own window and can be launched like a program.

  1. Open the website in Edge.

  2. Click the Menu (⋯) in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Apps → Install this site as an app.

→ The app will appear in your Start menu (Windows) or Dock (macOS).

  1. Open the website in Safari.

  2. Click Share → Add to Dock.

→ The app will appear in your Dock like a native macOS app.

⚠️ Firefox has limited support for installing apps.

  1. Open the website in Firefox.

  2. Go to Menu → More tools → Create shortcut.

  3. Select “Open as window.”

→ This will create an app-like experience, though not a full installation.
